PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low Cr-ferritic steel and a low Cr-ferritic cast steel excellent in strength at high temp. wand weldability. ;SOLUTION: These steels consist of, by weight, 0.03-0.12% C, 0.05-0.7% Si, 0.05-1% Mn, 0.002-0.025% P, 0.001-0.015% S, 0.3-3% Cr, 0.01-1% Ni, 0.05-3% Mo, 0.01-0.5% V, 0.1-3% W, 0.01-0.2% Nb, 0.02-1.5% Re, 0.003-0.05% Al, 0.0001-0.01% B, 0.003-0.03% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
