A waste water treatment installation has in series a septic tank for anaerobic treatment, a filter for aerobic treatment and an elimination system including a dispersal network. The material removed by the filter is captured by a surrounding watertight shell. A device controls the volume of filtered effluent leaving the filter and passing through the elimination system. Preferred Features: The control device is at least one tank of 150 - 250 l capacity and half filled with compressed air. A vertical pipe from the filter discharges into the tank through a ball valve that opens and closes depending on the pressure in the tank. A control valve supplies air to the tank depending upon upper and lower liquid level sensors. When the level reaches an upper level, a compressor operates until a certain level of resistance is reached. Then another control valve opens so the tank can discharge through another pipe extending down to the bottom of the tank. The dispersal network has plastic pipes connected to a pond or submerged tank.
