The cardboard packaging is composed of a bottom (1) edged by two side walls (2) and two end walls (4). The upper edge of the end walls is extended by hinged panels (8) which form the cover. The two cover parts comprise tabs (11) in their free corners connected by a folding line (12) arranged at an angle in each corner. The tabs are folded down square and fixed with corresponding ears (16) partially cut out in the bottom and set upright in the square.
