The condenser fan speed regulating device (10) regulates the speed to a continually varying intermediate value, in order to always minimise the total electrical consumption (W) of the air-conditioner. To this end, the correlation data between the total consumption, the control voltage of the condenser fan motor (Vfan) an the different relative parameters of the air-conditioner are previously determined in a laboratory. These data allows obtaining of a statistical regression formula between the voltage (Vfan) and the different parameters, which minimises the total consumption (W). The air-conditioner has a main control unit (10) and a refrigerating circuit (7) having a variable cylinder compressor (5), a condenser (3), a pressure relief valve (6) and an evaporator (2). The condenser is cooled by the condenser fan (8).
