The silo (1) has a central opening leading into a pit (2) connected through a mouth (3) to the extraction means. The extraction means comprises an endless screw (5) rotated around a central vertical axis (X). The screw is inclined to this axis by an articulation on a base (7) at the center of the silo along a pivot connection (16) with its axis perpendicular to the silo central vertical axis. The screw is inclined by means of a hoist (13) and a cable (15).
