The rocking bar (9) has a fork (13) on its upper end, the base of which is fitted with a detachable block (22) of an elastic material, such as a plastic or elastomer, to damp noise if it strikes an upright member of the frame when being moved. The block is fitted onto the fork by means of two lengthwise slots (28, 29) and it has an edge (25) projecting at right angles to the fork's upright sides (15, 16).
