An enzymatic dose test can be optically read, which a single support for enzyme, substrates, doses of standard products and control products. The products are separated from each other on the support and their doses are needed to produce a unique test result. The materials on the support are lyophilized before the support is sealed and hydrated after being opened for use. The test may have a row of identical micro-wells each having a dose of lyophilized enzymatic reagent, a lyophilized reactive substrate and one or more of the wells which includes a dose of the standard or control products. The standard products are plasma diluted to different degrees before being lyophilized.
