The system comprises a unit (20) for reversing the functioning of the reversible pulser (18) in a manner to direct the air flow of the evaporator towards the exterior of the passenger compartment during the water-vapour elimination phases in the evaporator. The installation includes an evaporator (16) in which the heat exchange fluid is relaxed and an air pulse (18) is adapted to carry an external airflow towards the interior of the passenger compartment while passing by the evaporator in which the heat exchange fluid debits some heat from the airflow.
