The procedure uses an electrical polarizing circuit consisting of a D.C. source and a.c. electrical voltage generators connected to electrodes (7,8). The electrodes are connected to grills (9,11) one (11) of which supports seeds for germination in a hydroponics medium, the other (9) is placed on the plant developing from the seed. A different low amplitude A.C. electric field is superimposed on the D.C. source The seeds placed on the grill (11) are submitted at the start to hydroponics germination using de-ionized water contained in a tank (18) at a level (15). Migration of ions from the doping solution is done by means of the electric polarization applied to the electrodes. The electrode (7) in contact with the seed grill (11) and the electrode (8) in contact with the top of the plant at grill level. Mineral salt enrichment is done from an aqueous solution prepared from de-ionized water containing a doping mineral salt having a concentration of 0.1 mole, the germinating plant is cathodic polarized. Amino acid enrichment is done using a amino acid solution the germinating plant being connected to the cathode of the polarizing circuit. Vitamin enrichment is done using a vitamin solution using a constant intensity applied current. Enrichment in sulfate of potassium and in phenylaline of the germinating plant is done from a solution containing these salts, polarization being applied at constant intensity.
