Cosmetic composition comprises continuous fatty liquid phase containing at least one hydrocarbon oil, with at least one polymer selected from polyurethanes and polyurea, soluble or dispersible in hydrocarbon oil, and bearing at least two urethane or urea groups, or at least one of each within chain, and at least one sequence or graft of hydrocarbon or aliphatic polyester with long hydrocarbon chain. Independent claims are also included for (1) cosmetic process of care, make-up or treatment of keratin matter, comprising application of cosmetic composition as claimed; (2) use of polymer selected from polyurethanes or polyurea, bearing at least two urethane or urea groups, or at least one of each within chain, and at least one sequence or graft of hydrocarbon or aliphatic polyester with long hydrocarbon chain, in cosmetic composition comprising continuous fatty liquid phase containing at least one hydrocarbon oil, to structurize this fatty phase; and (3) use of continuous fatty liquid phase containing at least one hydrocarbon oil, and structurized with at least one polymer selected from polyurethanes and polyurea, soluble or dispersible in hydrocarbon oil, and bearing at least two urethane or urea groups, or at least one of each within chain, and at least one sequence or graft of hydrocarbon or aliphatic polyester with long hydrocarbon chain, for production of physiologically acceptable composition, producing, on application, a non-migrating deposit, resistant to water, saliva, sebum and/or tears, and/or having prolonged duration of staying, and/or non-transfer properties .
