A composition comprises, in physiologically acceptable medium, at least one sapogenin derivative and at least one solubilizing agent of this derivative selected from: (a) non-emulsifying esters of fatty acid and alcohol with at least 8C hydrocarbon chain, or vegetable oils; and (b) branched fatty alcohols with at least 6C hydrocarbon chain. An Independent claim is also included for solubilizing a sapogenin derivative by mixing the derivative with at least one solubilizing agent such as non-emulsifying esters of fatty acid and alcohol with at least 8C hydrocarbon chain, or vegetable oils, and branched fatty alcohols with at least 6C hydrocarbon chain.
