The tube has longitudinal ribs (5) uniformly spaced around it and a plastic sleeve (3) with corresponding grooves (8) fits on to it. The upper section has a base (20) with a tenon (22) which fits into a recess (6) in the sleeve and radial lugs (23) on it fit into channels (9) in the recess when the base fits against the outer face of the sleeve and is turned through a quarter turn.
