Lift cab guide rail has moulded concrete rails fixed to lift shaft cage and moulded integrally with it

The lift shaft has a cage moulded of concrete with guide rails (12) for the cab also formed of concrete fixed to the shaft cage. A pneumatic damper is mounted on the lift cab and engages with one of the guide rails. The concrete guide rails are moulded integrally with the cage. The rails can have steel reinforcement and are of polygonal cross section.
