Clutch comprises an inner journal (1) and an outer journal (2), a stator (3) and a helicoidal compression spring (4). There is also a radial pin (5), a radial check pin (6) and a radial activator (7). The journals and the stator form a coaxial mounting in which the outer journal penetrates an axial cavity (8) in the inner journal. The radial pin slides inside the inner journal and has a length equal to the difference between the outer diameter of the outer journal and the internal diameter of the stator. The radial check pin is mounted inside the outer journal with its point on the inner diameter of the outer journal and its stem applied against one end of a radial compression spring (10).
