On the rotor between each blade (3) and the connecting unit (5) for the hub (2), an electric connection cable (16) has a first section (21) whose, one part (38) has maintained on top of it, two blade pins, which is the pivoting pin (10a) around which the blade (3) is folded by pivoting, after withdrawal of the other blade pin. This fixing is ensured by a cradle formed in the cable support connected to the pivot pin, and by a collar (45) pivoted on a side of the cradle and foldable into a closed position on the opposite side to the cradle, to which this collar is connected in a detachable manner by a detachable retaining element (49). The cable section is manually freed from the collar and the cradle, before withdrawing the movable pin, which precedes the refolding, such that the cable section deforms naturally along with the pivoting of the blade. After deployment of the blade, the removable part (38) of the section (21) is newly retained in the cradle on top of the pivot pin by closing the collar.
