P The invention relates to a method for dynamic allocation of memory from an on-board system to a data structure identified by an identification number (ID_Ak) and the corresponding on-board system. The memory area of the on-board system is subdivided into elementary memory blocks (BL1), the method is implemented on the basis of an allocation instruction and an erasing instruction. To allocate (A) an elementary memory block, the identification number (ID-Ak) is assigned to the block considered. To erase (E) a block of elementary memory, this block is assigned an arbitrary value (AAAA) distinct from any value of identification number. Application to embedded systems, such as multi-application microprocessor cards. /P
