The spraying device comprises a bilateral tube column in two parts (1,2) which constitutes the principal frame going from the wrist to the ground passing through the wheel axle (5). A support plate (6) prevents the sinking and tipping of the trolley. The column comprises reception elements for the spray on its left side. On the right side is a frame (4) for a case of accessories. Two arms articulated either side the column is closed by a pin. Just below the wrist the column has on its right side a pipe winding support.
