Opening sensor (4) is placed in handle (1). Dialogue unit (5) has communication antenna lodged in housing (25) mounted in slot (32) in fixed support (3). Locking control unit (6) is actuated by user at vehicles exterior, and emits signal to control locking of lock associated with opened door. The door handle has a mobile lever arranged at the exterior of the door opening and hinged by one of its ends (2a) to a fixed support mounted inside the door opening. The lever is designed to be displaced by the users hand and to pass from a closed door handle position to an open door handle position. The opening sensor (4) is designed to check the change in the handle position and to emit an identification request signal in order to control the automatic unlocking of at least a lock associated with a door opening. The hand grip has at least a dialogue unit (5) arranged to receive at least an identification request signal and to transmit at least a badge search signal from the exterior of the vehicle. The dialogue unit is fitted in the grip so that the grip forms a sub-assembly ready to be mounted. The lock control has a control button (61) which operates the contactor (62) in the fixed support. A module (7) on the fixed support is designed to receive contactors (42,62) and their connectors (44,45). The module has at least a locking bar whose access is closed by a removable shutter (46). The shutter has an orifice (47) for the control button (61).
