The recirculation mechanism comprises pump (38) for generating a given flow of heat conducting fluid in a radiator circuit. There are pipes and valves (26,28,30,44,46) for withdrawing part of the heat conducting fluid coming from the radiator circulation circuit (32) and injecting it into this circuit to mix with the heat conducting fluid. A valve (48) varies the proportion of removed fluid.
