Bushings (4,11) are hermetically connected to branched portion of a metal tank (9). A vacuum valve (1) is arranged in the bushing (11). Insulation gas is provided in the space between the tank (9) and the bushings. A branched conductor (10) having a branched point (10a) in the tank, has ends connected to the valve and the conductor (5) inside the bushing (4).
