Call routing system for heterogeneous networks uses topology servers optimizes routing

A call routing system has terminal (60-63) topology based on switch (81-84) nodes recorded in a topology servers (90) to ensure routing from packet switched network (2, 3) access points (54, 55) without further use of the packet network. An Independent claim for a network using the system is included.
