The sunshade is made from a single panel of waterproofed cardboard, cut and scored to make a number of flaps (1 - 10; 13, 14) which allow it to be erected to make a shelter of triangular section with an opening front flap. In the erected position the sunshade measures some 80 cm long by 25 cm wide and 50 cm high and is able to take seven 1.5 l bottles of water as well as personal effects. It folds flat when not in use.
