The anti-vibration support comprises an internal module (1) for fixing to the part to be suspended and an external armature (2) for fixing to the frame. The two frames are connected by an elastomer mass defining a working chamber (40) connected to an expansion chamber (30). The chambers contain an anti-freeze fluid ensuring the damping of relative movements of the external armature and the internal module. The external armature has a transverse partition delimiting a first cavity for receiving the internal module and the working chamber has a second cavity constituting the expansion chamber. The expansion and working chambers are connected by a channel (60).
