Reflectometer for measuring surface brilliance comprises a radiation source, a dichroic mirror placed between the source and the surface to be analyzed, a CCD receiver forming a matrix of photodiodes and receiving the beams reflected from the surface as well as the beams reflected from the dichroic mirror and one or more amplifiers for measuring a current or voltage signal from the receivers.
