A novel composition (I) comprises 1-15 (preferably 3-10) wt. % surfactant(s) (A) having an overall HLB value of 5-8, and 85-99 (preferably 90-97) wt. % oil(s) (B) selected from mineral, vegetable or animal oils (or their alkyl esters), alkyl esters or ethers of fatty acid, polyol fatty acid esters or polyol fatty alcohol ethers.
