Treatment of a platelet of bites including the application of an anisotropic carrier adhesive

A method for the treatment of a platelet (15) of bites (4) has the following stages: (a) cutting or dicing; (b) application of an anisotropic carrier adhesive (13); (c) bringing back on this substrate of the bite. The adhesive is applied directly or indirectly onto the platelet. The relationship of the surfaces between those on one part of a useful surface of the platelet or bite, to those on the other part of a surface of the deposit of adhesive applied is of the order of 80-85% to 90-95%. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a system for the treatment of a platelet of bites during the fabrication of an electronic components using this method of treatment; (b) an electronic device fabricated using this method of treatment.
