In this case, the measuring outer circumferential length Ltn of the tube 5 in the section including the central axis at the measuring condition where the minimum air pressure eliminating a recess on the surface of the tube is filled is 0.8 to 0.9 times of the circumferential length L of the section of the tire inner cavity surface 4 at the natural state, and also the inflated outer circumferential length Lti at the service condition of the tube is 1.05 to 1.20 times of the circumferential length L of the section of the tire inner cavity surface 4 at the natural state.
