PURPOSE: To rehabilitate a pipe of the existing pipe duct capable of recovering function such as strength, durability, flowability to the same degree of that of a new pipe duct without causing a construction period to be long and to reconstruct a pipe duct. ;CONSTITUTION: A deterioration part 3c of an interior wall surface 3a in the existing pipe duct 3 is completely cut and eliminated, and after the interior wall surface 3a is coated with a resin layer impregnating base material of fiber into resin in an unhardended state, the resin layer is hardened to form a protection layer 5 with thickness corresponding to wall thickness L₁ reduced by duct and elimination of corrosion or deterioration part 3c or with thickness thinner than that.
