PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment tank, a waste water treatment device and a waste water treatment method which enable satisfying the following requirements: plant cost and maintenance cost are low and also operating cost is scarcely required; the purification of waste water is satisfactory and soil contamination can be scarcely found; nitrogen and phosphor in the waste water also can be removed effectively; further, the usefulness for preventing the decrease of underground water; and the like.;SOLUTION: The waste water is introduced into the waste water treatment tank 31 buried in earth layers G1 and G2 for waste water treatment which have evapotranspiration action of moisture and aerobic property, and is treated in the tank. The waste water after treatment in made to overflow from the upper part of the waste water treatment tank 31 and is treated in the earth while being diffused into the earth layers G1 and G2 for waste water treatment. The waste water which is diffused and treated in the earth is evapotranspired from the inside of the earth layers G1 and G2 for waste waster treatment. The overflown waste water above mentioned is diffused in the radial direction in the earth layers G1 and G2 for waste water treatment by a diffusing board 33 of the outer peripheral part of the waste water treatment tank.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
