With quantitative manner of this invention, the said blood sample is separated from into blood plasma fraction and cell fraction the blood sample by agitating under existing of the cohesion reagent of specification inside the cuvette. Therefore, without physically removing the blood cell from the sample, although immunity quantitative modulo, colorimetric modulo or it offers to the diagnostic check of the strip test (strip test) and the like, it is possible to obtain the blood plasma fraction which is suited.
