PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electric insulation due to a piezoelectric vibrator extending in the axial direction, reliability, and setting properties. ;SOLUTION: A piezoelectric material 52 is installed between an electrode 50 which makes one pole and an electrode 51 which makes the other pole and laminated to make one end side in the axial direction an active area. In the residual part, piezoelectric vibrators 40 which are cut in the intermediate area 54 of the electrode 51 of one pole and made inactive areas, the inactive areas are fixed to substrates 41, 42 so that an active area becomes a free end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
