PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge and dispose waste oil in such a way as not to spill it by providing a rail on a support pedestal of a vehicle and engaging a waste oil receiver with the rail free to move in the longitudinal direction. ;SOLUTION: A vehicle A is driven onto a support pedestal 2 lowered on a floor surface and stopped. The support pedestal 2 is raised to height suitable for work. A waste oil receiver 3 provided on the support pedestal 2 is moved to immediately below a drain of the vehicle A, and waste oil such as engine oil is discharged to an opening part 3b of the waste oil receiver 3 by opening a discharge port of the drain. When discharge work is finished, the discharge port is closed, and after moving the waste oil receiver 3 to a specified point in the rear, the support pedestal 2 is lowered. When the support pedestal 2 is lowered, a lower part of a projected shaft 4a of a discharge valve provided in a discharge pipe 3c of the waste oil receiver 3 is pushed up by a valve operating plate 4f provided in a pit B and opened, waste oil flows down from the discharge pipe 3c to an opening part 5 of a waste oil pipe 6, and waste oil is reserved to height of an upper limit oil level sensor 9a provided on an upper part of the opening part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
