PURPOSE: To provide a method of improving distribution of fuel and the ignition timing control of a combustible gas flow. ;CONSTITUTION: Jet nozzles 16, 21 are oriented so as to traverse walls 14, 15 partitioning a combustion chamber 13, and the spouts 22 of the jet nozzles 16, 21 are arranged at the confine of the walls. Since the fuel flows across exhaust gas in such a transverse arrangement, the distribution of the fuel is improved. Also since shielding airflow from a nozzle 20a is further cooled, the ignition timing of the combustible gas flow can be delayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
