PURPOSE: To selectively exhibit impact force relieving function, according to the kind of a component. ;CONSTITUTION: A nozzle part member 1 consists of a nozzle shaft 2 mounted on a head unit, a nozzle holding part member 3, and nozzles 15, 17 which are detachably mounted on the nozzle holding part member 3. The nozzle holding part member 3 consists of a holding frame 4 linked with a nozzle shaft 2 and a holder 5 which is inserted into the holding frame 4 by a spring, having cushioning function. A pair of flanges 11 are formed at the lower end portion of the holding frame 4. In the state that the nozzle 15 for mounting a chip component or the like is fixed to the holder 5, the nozzle 15 passes between the franges 11, and travels in the axial direction to the holding frame 4 together with the holder 5. In the state that the nozzle 17 for mounting a QFT or the like is fixed to the holder 5, the part 18 of the nozzle 17 which part is to be held engages with the flanges 11, and the relative movement of the nozzle 17 to the holding frame 4 is blocked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
