PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow PC column unit having high constructing efficiency with few craning times for every constructing floor and dispensed with assembling of a scaffold on every constructing floor. ;SOLUTION: A column beam main bar pre-assembled hollow PC column unit 11 is formed of hollow PC column forms 12 for N floors, beam main bar- assembled reinforcement baskets 13 for N floors placed horizontally on the hollow PC column forms 12, and an assembled column main bars 14 having the length for two floor heights of N floor-(N+1) floor inserted into the hollow PC column forms 12 through the panel zone part 21 of the beam main bar pre-assembled reinforcement basket 13. This column beam main bar pre- assembled hollow PC column unit 11 is assembled and stored in a stock yard. According to this, the lifting times for every constructing floor is minimized, and assembling of a scaffold every constructing floor is dispensed with, so that the construction efficiency is improved.
