PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a formed plate of a flame retardant resin reinforced by glass fiber by a continuously molded method.;SOLUTION: A formed plate of a flame retardant resin wherein the resin is well impregnated and aluminum hydroxide is mixed uniformly, is continuously manufactured by comprising of: supplying an unsaturated polyester resin solution onto the first carrier film 11 while running; then supplying a glass fiber 18 to impregnate an unsaturated polyester resin on the glass fiber; supplying the second carrier film 24 thereon to be inserted between them; thereafter, in a method for continuously molding a molding plate of a resin through molding and heat curing processes, supplying a heated aluminum hydroxide power having the average particle size of 6 μm-25 μm into the resin solution with mixing before supplying the unsaturated polyester resin solution on the carrier film, making mixed resin solution 12 having viscosity of 1-15 poise; and supplying the mixed resin 12 onto the carrier film 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
