PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a place in which data having a space attribute are clustered close together and conditions for finding the place in which the data are clustered close together. PSOLUTION: A space data analysis device analyzes a spatially concentrated place and conditions for searching the concentrated place from a group of records including a space attribute beyond two dimension and its explanation attribute, and it is provided with a record virtually dividing part 120 for generating a plurality of groups of virtual records by dividing the group of records in accordance with dividing condition corresponding to the explanation attribute virtually, a discrimination part 130 for selecting dividing condition having the lowest degree of dispersion and a group of virtual records by obtaining degree of spatial dispersion of a plurality of groups of virtual records, a storing part 150 for storing the selected dividing condition and history of the group of virtual records, and a temporarily storing part 140 for storing the selected group of virtual records temporarily.
