Self-monitoring equipment as well as self-monitoring method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self monitor equipment with a simple circuit configuration by monitoring the operation of a circuit in on-line. ;SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a signal storage circuit 13 storing input and output signals of a circuit block 9 (ia-9c) of an object of monitor, and a monitor control section 15 sending the acquisition instruction of the input output signals to the signal storage circuit 13, storing input output signal data stored in the signal storage circuit 13 to a memory 17 and discriminating whether or not the circuit block 9 is normally operated based on the stored input output signal data. Furthermore, the monitor control section 15 is connected to the plural circuit blocks 9 via a bus 14 so as to monitor the plural circuit blocks 9. In this case, the circuit block 9 being a monitor object is selected and the input output signal acquisition instruction is sent to the signal storage circuit 13 to monitor the circuit block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
