The present invention relates to a arm mounted portable telephone. The arm mounted portable telephone has at least a body (2, 2-1) having a circuit for receiving and sending and a band (4) for attaching the body to the arm. Further, the body or the main body is separately provided, and is attached to the holding portion of the band body, and an expansion arm (8, 26) having a microphone (7) and a hearing speaker (9) having a top end is connected to the body (3) connected to the body through the band. Usually, the telescopic arm is housed in the main body or the attachment, but when it is sent or received, it is extended from the main body or the attachment to extend to the substantially central portion of the palm.
