PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to efficiently inject an oil, to avoid a trouble comprising the useless adhesion of the oil to raising tines, and further to accurately inject the oil into a raising chain without otherwisely disposing a guide pipe, etc., when an oil-injecting hole is formed in the raising case of a stem culm-raising device. ;SOLUTION: Depressions 8b are formed on both the lateral side surfaces of an auxiliary raising case 8 along the upward movement passage of a raising chain 12, and one side surface 8c of the depression 8b is used as a guide for standing raising tines 11.
