PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cold bridge action on a beam by taking a composite panel in which a cement plate, a heat insulating layer and an interior plate are stacked to be integrated as an outer wall material, and stretching the panel on a beam with the cement plate outside. SOLUTION: The lower part of a composite panel which forms an outer wall material of an upper floor is fitted to the upper part of the outside of one beam 10 by a lower fitting 38, and the upper part of a composite panel which forms an outer wall material of a lower floor is fitted to the upper part of the outside of the beam 10 by an upper fitting 33. Subsequently, hard urethane foam 26 is sprayed to the space between the upper and lower panels in a job site, rock fiber 14 is sprayed to the beam 10, and sealing 27 is applied between the cement plates 1. Subsequently, in the fitting part of the composite panel, the cold bridge of the cement plate - an upper frame 2 - metallic materials 33, 38 - the beam 10 theoretically exists, but the metallic materials 33, 38 exist at a space in the composite panel so that the conducted heat quantity is small. As the composite panel is stretched on the beam 10 to be taken as an outer wall, the outer heat insulating form is obtained so that a heat insulating layer exists in the outer wall on the back side of the beam 10 to inhibit the cold bridge action from the cement plate 1.
