PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent jet wave forming apparatus for soldering which has sufficient energy efficiency and does not leak a magnetic field by immersing in solder an ALIP (annular linear induction pump) type electromagnetic pump as a feeding means of the solder and to easily perform the attachment and detachment of only a chamber body and a mouthpiece while fixing the electromagnetic pump to a solder tank.;SOLUTION: The ALIP type electromagnetic pump 8 is immersed in the solder tank 1, and the internal core 12 of a thrust generating flow passage 13 is provided so as to be freely inserted and extracted. A connecting means (a chamber body) 30 which connects a mouthpiece body 32 to form the jet wave 31 of solder 5 with the ALIP type electromagnetic pump 8, and the thrust generating flow passage 13 from which the internal core 12 is extracted are attached and detached as a guide passage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
