PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute processing such as monitoring of a peripheral cell in a period of stopping transmission of a burst by stopping transmission of bursts with a prescribed timing of de-interleaving processing. ;SOLUTION: A band slot consisting of 24 subcarriers at 6.25kHz intervals is arranged within an assigned transmitting band, 150kHz, e.g. to array 25 time slots at 200μ sec intervals on a time axis to constitute one-frame band dividing multiple connection (BDMA). Each transmission and reception is assigned with a different band slot, with respect to one mobile station, and four time slots are assigned to every other six time slots on a one band slot. In a decoder at the time of receiving, at the time of viterbi decoding after de-interleaving by straddling over 16 slots of four frame periods, reception is stopped for only one slot period.
