PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a curling by changing a cover material without changing the material of a facing and maintain the required characteristics of a passbook, e.g. suitability for printing such as printing properties or the absorption of a printing ink, adhesive properties to a magnetic tape or the like by selecting a coated layer on the first and the second surface. ;SOLUTION: An undercoating layer is formed on the first and the second face of a woven fabric made of organic fiber, and a surface resin layer with good printing properties is laminated on the undercoating layer of the first face, while a thin sheet with 15-20 g/m2 basis weight is laminated on the undercoating layer of the second face.
