PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible high-accuracy transmission power control by suppressing the feedback delay of transmission power control in a mobile station.;SOLUTION: When it is determined that processing delay occurs and the feedback of a transmission power control signal to the mobile station is delayed in a function newly provided in a transmission power control signal generating part for monitoring the delay of processing for generating the transmission power control signal, the feedback delay is suppressed by appropriately reducing a pilot signal to be used for received SIR estimation. Besides, whether or not the feedback delay is to be permitted is selected by an SIR to be a target (target SIR) and even in any communication environment, high-accuracy transmission power control is realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
