PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow small scale radio communication equipment mounted with a personal area network of a small scale radio communication system to access a host existing in a remote network through a link corresponding to a layer 2 and to provide an authentication mechanism performed when a personal area network user makes connection in a form and an encoding mechanism for data caused to flow in the personal area network.;SOLUTION: A layer 2 frame between a piconet in which the personal area network user participates and a target host existing in the remote network is connected with a personal area network/Bluetooth network encapsulation protocol and a layer 2 tunneling protocol (L2TP).
