PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of a tube to be inspected, and also, to confirm the wall surface of the tube in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a master mirror 102 having a through-hole 102b formed in the center, and whose nearly cone-shaped tapered angle to the center line is 20 deg. to 70 deg., a sub mirror 104 which is placed opposite to the master mirror 102 at a distance equal to or exceeding the radius of the master mirror 102, and a transparent cover 103, and light which is vertical to a straight line linking between the master mirror 102 and the sub mirror 104 is made incident on the master mirror 102 through the transparent cover 103 at a prescribed angle, and the light is reflected toward the sub mirror 104, and then, the light reflected by the sub mirror 104 is made incident on a CCD camera main body 106, and image information based on the incident light is outputted as a video signal.
