(57) Abstract It is connected in order to achieve the cryptographic primitive of the new type where technology from field of error correction cord/code and cryptographic technology, names fuzzy commitment system. Thing and the input configuration which use decoding function in order mapping to do input configuration and calculating the offset between 1st cord/code words and, to hash converting 1st cord/code word is included in the 1st cord/code word which is selected from the plural cord/code words which it is related to the error correction cord/code in this system. Hash of 1st cord/code word in connection with the offset, forms fuzzy commitment. As for fuzzy commitment, it is possible, to apply in various ways, although keeping in order to register input configuration, the input configuration which is kept is certified although it encodes message, in regard to thing, or and the cryptographic algorithm which are used it deciphers the message which is encoded although key opposite is formed in regard to thing, and the cryptographic algorithm which are used it can use.
