PURPOSE: To prevent definitely the penetration of rainwater inside a building even when rainwater overflows from an interior gutter ;CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing flange 55 is installed to an interior gutter 50. This waterproofing flange 55 is projected indoors substantially horizontally from an upper end edge of an indoor-side erected board 53 and extends up to the top of the end on the lower part of a drainage slope of a sub-floor board which constitutes a bed of a balcony. A waterproofing board 41 is covered on the waterproofing flange 55. The waterproofing board 41 has a water drip piece 41a, which bends downward at the end of the drainage slope at the lower part while the water drip piece 41a is suspended into the interior gutter 50. The waterproofing board 41 and the waterproofing flange 55 are joined with each other in watertight by means of a caulking material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
