PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method by which a protective coating syneigistically having the useful effects of chromium, an active element and addition of a noble metal to -NiAl phase in common is obtained, the directional sticking technique is not used so as to easily form an adhered layer having a uniform thickness and quality on complicately-shaped parts and the entire thickness of the coating is limited to 100m if necessary, as a manufacturing method for the protective coating against oxidation at high temp. and thermal corrosion of the super alloy machine parts. ;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the protective coating against oxidation at high temp. and thermal corrosion of the super alloy machine parts is constituted by forming a first adhered layer 11 of coagulant alloy powders contg. at least chromium, aluminum and the active element on the surface of the super alloy and packing open pores of the powder-adhered layer with a second noble metal electrodeposition layer. Next, appropriate heat treatment is executed to enable mutual diffusion between the powder-base coating and an electrolytic coating and thus a coating 12 contg. the chromium, the active element such as yttrium and the noble metal in the entire thickness thereof is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
